- CASE #90-06: Charles Humphreys (56) - September 12, 1990. Body located in Marion County. Fully clothes, shot seven times in the torso and head.
- CASE #90-07: Walter J. Antonio (62) - November 19. 1990. Body discovered near Interstate 10 in Dixie County. Shot four times. Logistics truck abandoned nearby

On January 9, 1991, Wuornos was apprehended at the Last Resort biker bar in Volusia County , Florida. The arrest was executed by undercover operatives utilizing outstanding warrands for property crimes and firearms possesion offenses.
